I am fascinated with Pranayama (breath work) and how different breath techniques have different outcomes and alter your brain chemistry in a wonderfully positive way. I am so passionate about sharing the teachings I have learned over the last 12 years and empowering you with your own set of meditations to help you navigate the stresses of life.
My adult classes are suitable for ages 13+ and consist of a variety of breathing meditations with specific mudras, Yoga Nidra sessions, and sometimes chanting.

Club Meditation is offering 6 live classes per week. All classes will be recorded and available for you to access when it works best for you.
I understand people will not be able to always join the lives, but I do encourage you to pop into some when you can, just to get to know me and each other, that way when you are doing a recorded session you will feel The Tribe with you in spirit.

About Me
Hey there, I'm Danielle, I have been teaching Yoga and Meditation for 12 years now and I absolutely love sharing the teachings I have learned. I live near Guildford in Surrey with my husband, two teenage sons, and two little doggies. My favorite things are; travel (especially Italy), being in nature, cooking, being a Mum, dresses, running, flowers, Christmas, and big family picnics.
The Inspiration for Club Meditation came from following the beautiful Bowel Babe, Dame Deborah James. While she was in hospital receiving treatment, suffering crippling anxiety and struggling to sleep, `I felt such a deep pull to bring my Meditation and Yoga Nidra classes online, making them as accessible and affordable as possible.
